The Meeting Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: (1) Company shall convene and conduct the Meeting in accordance with the Interim Order, the Company’s articles and bylaws, and applicable Laws as soon as reasonably practicable (provided that the Company shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to convene the Meeting prior to May 31, 2019) and in any event no later than June 30, 2019 for the purpose of considering the Arrangement Resolution.



IMHO the date of the meeting is meaningless unless you have a specific timeline where you need to pull your investment.  For myself the meeting can take place tomorrow or this summer, the net effect will more or less be the same... JMHO
