RE:RE:RE:DON`T SELL THEM -A- WARRANTS ANYTIME SOONHey Bigaboon,
Take the time to google what a warrant is, the explanations online are pretty darn good, here's one link to get you started;
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warrant_(finance)
Once you understand what a warrant is you need to be careful buying them with HIP as there are two warrants current listed, the original warrant due to expire in a year. The HIP-A Warrant which is much more appealing with an expiration in 2023. I can't recall the sprike prices on the two different warrants at the moment but you should be looking that up on your own anyway and not taking what you read on a BB as fact (tons of junk being posted on these boards...)
It was noted that the warrants will transition over to HEXO when / if the deal goes through at the conversion rate and maintain the same expiry date.
Hope that helps a bit.
GL with your investing

For the moment, I see this and don't see 4 year shelf life, but only one (feb 28 2020)....:
Number Trading - 69,701,500 Expiration Date - February 28, 2020 Cusip - 652508 12 8 Exercise Price - $1.75 goldman777 wrote: goldman777 wrote: you will regret it, the most undervalued component of this entire deal.....4 year shelf life, unlimited upside. Sure HEXO may choose to accelerate their expiry once they are really into the money - and they will be.
Where all the Jay-Bashers now, HIP surely looks to be on a run to the mid 70 cent range for starters...then factor in any good news from HEXO and it`s boom time. The A warrants are an obvious buy - hold at this juncture.
