Something to think about

Something to think aboutIf Village were to buy Emerald for say 7.50 which is a pretty nice premium to todays closing price and were to raise the funds through say a 21.00 offering their total share count would still be less than a hundred million shares outstanding. This would create a lot more liquidity while still having a relatively low share count. This combination in my opinon would over the next few years create a really big powerhouse in this sector. Could this company a few years out become a large cap blue chip company that yields a good dividend? In my opinion I think it's very possible given the potential revenue and profit margins. For that reason I've changed my mind on a roughly 25.00 sell. Unless something happens to change my thinking I've now decided to hold for a much longer term. Just my opinion and always do your own dd. Good luck to all longs.
