Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:Kingbear,

RE:RE:RE:RE:Kingbear,I'm fairly certain the legality of Vic's actions is up for debate. For one, I am just waiting for proof of his wrong doings before commencing certain actions that will impact him personally.

He should be ashamed for having misled so many people. I'm not only talking about the financial losses, but also the life choices that good people had to make as a result of those losses.

I too share a previuos poster's comment - I want nothing but the worst for Vic. May he feel the wrath of karma tenfold.

On a more positive note, I look forward to the day that he's a distant memory and a proper CEO can guide Aphria to what was promised: lowest cost producer with a highly automated operation.

Vic had zero credibility immediately after the short report, and frankly his media skills and instincts were non-existent. Putting Vic out front to combat the short report would have been a worst disaster than what occurred, as we saw with his comments to the Windsor Star. Vic did nothing illegal, but his cockups over the last year were monumental, and have left us lagging the market. The sooner we put new leadership in place the better.
