NLC is definitely unique project with own risks, including higher than ML or ORL environmental risk.

There are two key business concepts that separate winners from losers, location and timing, and NLC has problems with both.

LOCATION
This is a minor concern, though, there were not one complaint from government, not one protest in Argentina and extensions of exploratory rights were always mere formalities. There is not reasons why we will see real problem, except m/b follow up study or 3 -  4 month delay if study has any omissions.

Most important, most of resources and as important, best resource is out of most env. sensitive south.

There could be other location-based concerns (it is not in the middle of the Li cluster like ML), but they are even smaller and that mean that HIGH GRADE, LOW IMPURITY, WELL MANAGED, GIANT DEPOSIT IS HUGELY UNDERVALUED
