Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

Right that's why governments have programs in place in the US and Canada to expand gas to rual areas to reduce their electricity use and bills. Electric heat is one of the least efficiant ways to heat a home and would cause more of a carbon footprint if everyone were heating their homes with electric. I also never remembered every heating my home with coal. Maybe you're thinking about the 1700's? Throw another lump of coal on the fire scrooge. It's going to be tough to compete with the low prices of natural gas. You should be focusing your energy on ways to capture and technologies to improve natural gas for heating. That will be the change you see.
