RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Really?! I mean really guys!Duckworth was just a shell.  Go to the October 30 2018 Filing Statement on SEDAR and then go to Page 33 for information on Goldspot Executive Compensation.  This is where I'm getting it from.  Now, having said that, I do think these two may have been working/getting paid by ThreeD Capital and/or New Found Gold at the same time.  There's a bit of a web here that is my one concern, particularly the royalty arrangment with Triple Flag, but assuming everyone at the company is dedicated full time now, incentivized for the stock to go higher, and the PhDs are happy/working hard, then I think we're good to go.

These ThreeD Capital guys and Sheldon do seem to be the sketchiest of the group to me, but for what it's worth, they did also buy at $0.39 (and lower prices as well) in the open market.  It looks like some pretty smart money was in at $0.40 for the last round and the fact they continue to get paid real dough by major mining companies for consulting work and have the CFO of Hoschild on their board provides some proof that what they have could be the real deal.  It's actually what I would expect to see from a disruptive technology innovator - a carefully selected niche within a larger addressable market and a strong enough demand that customers help pay for product development.
