I disagree with your broad base statement on Dream. I've owned Dream Industrial since Sept/2013 at $8.60. It's now $11.80 and has paid a most excellent distribution all the way along.

I also have Dream Global on my watchlist. It ran up a bit much before I could get in but I'll keep watching.
