AGM (My two cents)

AGM (My two cents)I as well thought the AGM went very well. JCA conducted himself in a very professional manner and despite some pointed antagonistic questions JCA kept his cool and answered the questions thoroughly and confidently. A million points for the shareholder from Ottawa who flew all the way out here to attend the AGM and asked 21 excellent questions. I agree with RGM that Monica (Investor Relations)is a perfect fit for the company. She is very agressive and has a wealth of experience. One thing to note which she has changed already is that AFS News releases now get sent out World Wide rather than just in Canada. In addition she oganised the Web broadcast. From what I heard we will probably be listed on the TSE sometime in January. The move to the new facility will probably occur in March. This move should accelerate the company's research and development exponentially as they will be able to do all their testing in house rather than sending things out for testing, waiting months for results, tweaking and then waiting months again for retesting. This facility should provide much greater internal communication as the three existing facilities will be combined into one. This along with a new manager in charge of manufacturing should provide the ability for the company to meet the logistics of putting together conversion kits for much larger orders as the contracts get signed. The logistics of these orders are huge and has been a daunting task for the company in the past but hopefully will be smooth sailing soon. Mexicos original order should be completed around February 2001 and things look extremely promising for future orders after this completion. Iran sound like they are moving toward a huge switch for all vehicles to natural gas which again looks very promising for potential huge new orders for AFS. As RGM stated we are vey close to signing another contract not included in the above and things in India are very promising as well. I hope I have not mistated anything here, If I have I welcome others who attended to correct me. Regards.
