So to me that was pretty dumb move because he could of made an extra 28 000 if he held on two those 46 511 shares for 14 more days, clearly a bad time to dump them.
Actually the day after he sold we had run from 2.15 to 2.75 clearly a bad insider trade IMO. Thing is Dinesh owns 2 998 200 shares. and he has only sold 250 000 shares out of the total. Thing is he has actually bought 339 000 shares from options and only sold 250 000 of them. here is the link from SEDI

Clealry you did not do very good research. Now if Dinesh sold 250 000 shares on March 17 at the 276 high you might be onto something. This guy owns 3 million shares so clearly selling his options and not his core holding means nothing.
If you look at this link you can see that there are 15 insiders that OWN PAT and Dinesh is the only one who has ever sold a share. Clearly no insider trading is going on.
Get your fact sstraight MORON there is a thing called the internet and we can look up your idiotic ramblings and see that they are justthat idiotic.

It also seemed like he recently sold shares February 25, 2019 because he thought the price was going to go down. That sounds like trading to me, unless I find his valid reason for selling which apparently I can't seem to do.
Now here is a real question for you, could he be indicted for insider trading?
