Market on Close Orders

Market on Close OrdersI noticed that the last 25 trades showing on TMX APHA have a Q next to them which appears to mean they are Market on Close orders. I never noticed that before and I am new to this so I looked that up and people use these when they think there might a a large price change overnight. Would that be because investors believe there might be something happening before open tommorow, maybe due to the video just released?
