RE:Premiumthe premium is smoke and mirrors made by a company who issues more shares like toilet paper. For future reference, the fact that the premium was never even momentarily tagged on announcement day was the clue.  I wish it were different but that's my take based on what's been released thus far. just utter bs for the longs
