if you purchased a large amount of flow through shares during the last placement that closed dec24 and you wanted to protect the value of your shares could you set up a put contract that ends April 24 when you can sell your shares (4 month hold). And would that cause the price to rise like it had been over the last few weeks? Or would it cause the dramatic decline that occurred starting March 1? I tried looking for option information but could not find any listed on my trading platform because I don't do option trades. Any ideas? Looking for more knowledge!!! How long?
