RE:RE:RE:Why you should attend the Annual Meeting, Wednesday, May 8thHi Greybeard,

I very much appreciate your efforts with respect to the AGM and hope your friend bombards the management with tough questions regarding shareholder value. Unfortunately I can't attend the meeting in person, because I live in Germany, but I will tune in over the internet stream and watch it online:-)
One of my questions would be, why no insiders buy Torstar stock in the open market with the company trading at a fraction of its intrinsic value? Furthermore, why doesn't the company initiate (at least) a small buyback program even if Torstar is debt free and has working capital near 100 million and a cash position of about 70 million?
Moreover, since Boynton took the helm in March of 2017 the stock price halved. For comparison, most newspaper companies' stock price on the NYSE have been stable or somewhat rising. The track record of this management with a debt-free company has been a disaster over the years with respect to shareholder value. Somebody should hold them accountable...

Thanks for all your efforts once again. Keep the faith and good luck.

Best regards,

Don
