95% of canadian market covered. 150k kg annual capacity. Great brands. Award winning products. Low cost. JV with Molson-Coors. Gigantic manufacturing facility. Foothole in Europe. Well managed. 1B$/5 year deal with quebec government. And those who know HIP better than I do can add more to the list. Cheers. Brilliant move on both sides.
