BPY vs BPR

BPY vs BPRInteresting to see the spread between BPR and BPY growing today to almost 2%......might be just related to the dutch auction or more fundamentally I hope it means that REIT investors in the US are starting to desire Brookfield Property Partners via BPR in their portfolio which was the whole purpose of creating BPR when they purchased GGP.
