err, huh? lol, they dumped shares on the open market to buy into the PP. With warrants priced properly now at 0.50, this will close.

Potentially with the SP over 0.50, by June LDS will have $20M in the bank, with sales rolling in California, drive thru dispensary of their own, etc.

What an amazing opportunity this is at these prices.
