Personally, I don't care about any of these global lithium reports, predictions, targets, articles. I have been reading them for eight years now, and the vast majority have substantially over estimated!

But yes, I was very interested in knowing that Bolivia is moving forward with their lithium development. What's funny now to me is......your reputable Reuters is also indeed stating that Bolivia's lithium deal is with a Chinese consortium! :) Might I suggest you conact these all news sources and get them straightened out. Please report back to us. 

And please forgive me for stating that Bolivia was starting a 60,000 tonne/annum production. What I meant to say was, Bolivia is starting a 60,000 tonne/annum production. :) I never specified when it would reach nameplate capacity....did I? Potatoes/Potatoes! :)
