RE:RE:VP Everett Knight videoLike any financing, whether or not it is good for the shareholder depends on what is done witht he money raised.
I said befor ethe PR that it only made sense to be a bought deal if the company was reaching capacity and was going to hav eto start turning away business if they did not expand fast.  That seems to be exactly what is going on hear and the video confirms it.
The demand is exeeding their initial forcasts and already double capacity to 240,000KG but they do not see that as enough to keep up with demand so they either raise money to expand or risk another company eating into the market share.
I look forward to the announcements involving expantion plans, I believe the makret will respond very favorablly to that type of news as it did to the previous announced expanded capcity.
