RE:RE:RE:RE:Why you should attend the Annual Meeting, Wednesday, May 8thHi Don and Grey,

The questions need to be carefully crafted to not allow weasel-word answers to deflect and defer.  Don't ask about share buybacks as the answer will be they need to invest for the future in the business.  The question about why no one has bought shares will be answered with "that is a personal decision" and we can't mandate anyone to buy shares.

The questions really need to hone in on the value-destruction over the last decade and the absolute lack of accountability at any level in the organization.  I have provided detailed analysis in prior postings that should provide ample evidence of the incompetence and poor judgement at the Board and senior management level.  To pay a CEO millions for this kind of performance is the epitome of bad governance and has gone on for far too long.

I can't attend the meeting as I would only become more disillusioned with the clowns overseeing and leading this organization.  I wish you good luck, but logic and integrity is lost on this gang.
