RE:Warrants with TFSA or RRSPI only have experience trading warrants, never exercised one, but I would be surprised if there was not some catch to doing this within an RRSP or TFSA as both have contribution limits.  You should check with an accountant to be 100% sure you know what (if any) limitations may be imposed by trying to exercise warrants in either of two types of accounts.
