We have a mix of investors here, some very very new and some old dogs who have insight that can be shared.  Our new investors are simply trying to be careful with their hard earned money and trying to avoid making, what could be, life altering decisions in some cases. 

These boards are a great way to help share knowledge and maybe save someone the pain and suffering some of us endured due to bad advice or even worse, malicious posters. 

Let's not scare off the new guys from posting and lets use the boards to help bounce things around so we can all come out ahead.

With that said… guys be sure to do your own Due Diligence (DD) and research things outside of SH.  Even a well intentioned poster can be wrong
