It acquires wellbore-only working interests in wells. It owns the Utica and Northern Delaware Basin assets. It also owns Point Assets in the Delaware Basin.

<5x PE vs. 17x Industry Avg?

This stock is starting to get snapped up and it's no wonder why. President recently purchased 100K shares on open market. Valuation is low. Company has de-leveraged. NOG has beat earnings estimates 3 of last 4 quarters. It is considering a dividend in the future. Lot's of institutional ownership. Price is now above 10 and 50 DMA and within a few cents of the 200. It's time to start buying.
