Agreed. In fact they rarely let us down on science. That is why I am not willing to sell into this. If you look back over the last few years there is a bit of a patern developing: they finance below market (This year of course being a bit extreme on that)  and the period after that things flatline or drift down to form the year's low.

That period is also the worst time to sell (or the best time to buy, depending how you look at it)
