This deal is not bad.
But, if it was not for the excessive compensation in bonus and share grants, the share price we are receiving would have been a lot greater. 
Management really made out like bandits here.

I was at the shareholders meeting. They mentioned that these two funds with bonuses outstanding amounted to over 10 million dollars, before bonuses!(Ridiculous) . So, these future profit rights amount to around 30 cents or so, excluding future appreciation. I ignore bonus amounts, because I do not know what it will be, but I am sure excessive.

Last I looked, the company has 16 million or so on balance sheet. So, excessive cash is 6 million before the management plunder begins on deferred bonus payments. Maybe 3 million is left. 10 cents a share bonus dividend?
