So you want the SEC to shut down the ENTIRE stock market because it is a down day. TAke a LOOK at the market threw the eyes of FINVIZ. Here is the link

The entire market is red, so it is quite obvious a start up will be down even more red than the average. There are many stock today down 20 plus %. The entire market took a dump today and PAT was with it.
