that litigation is about preservation of proprietary user data I was told. Stuff from the old software version. Not pertaining to our new release. HH was specific on this.. HHS completed their assignment were paid and not needed further. They were supposed to turn over certain data and did not.

As an IT professional, I get it. There was a bunch of garbage happening within HHS at the time. That is google-able.
