Beta Hunt resource potential is sizable, different opinions

Beta Hunt resource potential is sizable, different opinionsBeta Hunt resource potential is sizable, the following are interesting opinions:

-@Mikeymike426 after he had attended a private event conducted by RNX on December 11th @Mikeymike426 wrote his Royal Event article: «The forward looking statements with regards to the overall resource were very intriguing… I was told by many involved that there was potential for 3-5 million ounces if the model proves to be correct and have a production rate anywhere from 200,000-300,000 ounces per year once the mine is in full production. If you truly want to understand the structure, I was advised to read the 1987 geological model and explore other geology reports on Holt and Macassa mines as they both have cross over features similar to what they expect to find at Beta hunt. »;

-@Geodan and his theory, he is a geologist:
rnx, 25 Jan 2019, 18:44 (CEO.ca) I wrote to @Geodan in the past you had written the following: « So say 4km of the 8km of shears is minable for full width shear zones at 4.5 grams and 25 meters wide and 1 km deep, their profit will skyrocket ignoring the high grade. And the term a very "Big Gold Mine" they use over and over makes sense. That would be 100 million cu meters to the cu meter. Basalt, solid weighs 3.011 gram per cubic centimeter or 3 011 kilogram per cubic meter. That is over 6,600 pounds cu meter so call it 3 tons. So then 100,000,000 x 3 tons = 300,000,000 tons x 4.5 grams = 1,350,000,000 grams x $39 a gram = $52.65 Billion. That is ignoring the bonanza grade gold like FDV. If they can run it at 35% profit to AISC that is $18.4 Billion of possible future profits. It probably isn't that good, but could be. If it is 1/4th as good still way over $10 billion of gold ignoring the newly found bonanza gold that made 3Q and Oct so stellar. I think the market and even us have missed this potential of the entire shear zones. » Do you still have the same perspective? Any changes?
rnx, 25 Jan 2019, 18:53 (CEO.ca) from @Geodan to @PierreG01599501 «So far no indication of very huge bulk mining deposit in Lunnon. It looks like higher grade but maybe similar in ore body size as above Lunnon. Trying to get more info on this now. My $5 target is without huge bulk ore body. I do still think that is possible, they have just scratched 2 of the 4 shear zones. The mine is huge so takes a while to drill the target areas. We now have 2 shears with bonanza grade. Cheers ».

- Eric Sprott on Sprott Money - Weekly Wrap-Up (October 12 & 26th, 2018): «If this comes together that there is a lot of structure to be mined down there, they mean they have eight kilometers of structure, the sedimentary zone goes through the whole eight kilometers. We don't know how well it won't be endowed, I mean, it's not going to be like the Father's Day vein, because that would just be impossible that something would be that great, it was unheard of the amount of ounces they pulled out of there in such a short time. So, we'll have to stand by and see if they can do a little drilling, and then prove that this thing will have multi-ounce potential along the strike of that paretic [SP] zone, but I think there's reasons to be optimistic on that front [..] A cubic meter of gold weighs 19 tons; therefore, a ton of gold is one-twentieth...one-nineteenth of a cubic meter. That's a meter by a meter by about 3 inches, 3 inches. Now, if you look at that grandfather vein and maybe it's two feet wide, it's not all gold, but you can see what a small, little...and they found a ton. What a small little area, you can find a ton of gold in. And the key question with RNC is, have we unleashed a new depositional model for gold? And there's some thought that it is a new depositional model, it hasn't been proven, but I can tell you that there's probably four or five different places on that property where they have seen that kind of manifestation before at different levels and in different structures, and, of course, they got four structures that I think on average each go like four kilometers. [..] Because if it works it's a multi-bagger, if it doesn't work, maybe you lose 50% of your money. But the multi-bagger is a lot better, you know, if you get enough of them you don't mind losing 50%. So we'll see where it goes. I tend to be...you know, I'm getting into the believer camp so we'll see where it all takes us. »

-John Kaiser from Metals Investor Forum in September 2018:
«This is hydrothermally in place in-situ mineralisation with geological controls that you can figure out with old fashion core drilling, a lot of structural geology, a lot of alteration studies and vectoring and so on. So when they get going on this, we have a year before we know whether this was just some little local freak phenomenon or that it is something substantial that there may be a couple million ounces, maybe more, that with a lot of drilling you’ll be able to home in on, because it is already a mine. It is not like you have to wait 6 years just to permit it or anything like that. »

-Mark Selby from RNX PDAC 2019 Stockhouse Events Resource Investment Online Conference March 19th 2019:
«This is a 45 year old nickel mine but as they were exploring and drilling for nickel we inherited 700 km of drilling which basically hit the top of what we believe our 4 shear zones across a 4 km strike length. So again, its not 4 km of good geology or 4 km of an interesting anomaly with a few drill holes. These are gold intersections across 4 km strike length. We know from seismic work done in the past that those structures continue for another 3 km, but again there has been no drilling done on those to date. Those shears are vertical so when you’ve highlighted the top you’ve got a pretty good chance of exploring them at depth and we’re in the structure called the Lunnon Basalt. We are the first company to mine gold in the structure in the camp which is why we’re able to make this Fathers Day vein and discovery which hadn’t been made before and so again, we think these have the potential just like in the Abitibi just like in the Timmons camp to continue for at least one or two km at depth. The potential for a very, very large gold resource. The nice thing about this is it is not just a pure, what we think a multi million ounce gold potential but because it wasn’t an old nickel mine, there is a 5 km ramp system today which would cost you nearly 400 million $ to put in place just sitting directly above the gold deposits and where they start [..] we’ve been able to hit these high grade structures multiple times and we look forward to being able to mine these sometime during the second quarter and we’ll see just how many ounces can come out during that period of time. So, again Beta Hunt we think is one of the most exciting gold stories to come along in a long time. There has been very few large multi million ounce potential discoveries made in low risk jurisdictions and we’re right in the heart of the Australian gold camp and then thirdly, the high grade potential of this asset, we know we’ll see whether, how it stacks up against what we’ve discovered so far. »
