RE:RE:A220-500 ? Airbus has to get 100% of the A220 program at bbd ...first i am on your side ...you are one of the good guy here OK ? I am not entirely sure about the fact that when they became 50.1 % owner of the new JV they also got everything pertaining on the present , past and future of that program but lets be realisitic it was for Bomber a failure and they realise because of those 2 big players they could not sale the CS even by loosing money on each of them ,they were cornered and defeat and the company was about to become bankrupt ..it was the best deal they could get to avoid termination and Airbus knew it and use that in their advantage like any powerfull predator squezing a prey ..
That is a point that need to be investigated and clarify so we can settle the matters of CS : in the deal did they get EVERYTHING and they the sole owner -50.1 %-  of ALL -present and future -i remember reading something about that but dont know where ...can you try to find out or somebody like Pierre Lebel can find out the right answer about that situation ???

As far as me that is what i have understood : we were completly out of the patents , maybe we will get something out of the JV and yes recoup some money in 2025 ..i think it is 2027 for Bomber and 2025 id for Qubec ..and i am fine with all that : we got rid of something we were not able to sale with a profit and we were focusing on other parts of the business were there was growt , positive cash flow and profit ...so the stock will eventually come back and grow and that is why i invest and keept my position : without the loosing CS we will finally make money ...i am right or wrong i am not sure ...why dont we try to find out the answer to that question : when we sold the 50.1 % did it include ALL -present and future -the patents and designs of the CS full program ? i think so ..am i right or wrong about that ??? tell me all of you ...but i would be surprise knowing that we were defendless , desperate , close to bankrupcy , at the mercy of the accountants and laywers of Airbus for 6 months of preparing the closing of the JV ...and on our knees ...SD
