RE:RE:RE:RE:PP Mar 21/19The dollar amount of the previous pp was much lower than what CVR was wanting.
So, to me, this .25 placement is a continuation of the first pp.

They could be holding out as long as they can until the sp price starts going higher and then issue another pp which would reduce the amount of shares issued.

In other words, the higher the stock price is, the amount of shares would be less in the pp.

Example @  $1  a  $7M pp would be 7M shares.  The same 7M @ .25  would be 28M shares.

I'm sure the CFO must be crunching the numbers to avoid dilusion.
