RE:RE:Another news release

RE:RE:Another news releaseStock options for BNK management and Board as of December 31, 2018

Range of exercise prices Number of outstanding stock options Weighted average exercise price
$2.01 to $2.50                   125,000                                              2.04
$0.50 to $1.00                    6,052,500                                          0.58
$0.01 to $0.49                    3,480,000                                          0.40
                                        9,657,500                                             $ 0.54

As you can see the majority of stock options are in the .40 to .58 cent range. The average is .54 cents. Therefore I am only speculating here but you would think they would want a sell out price above .54 cents. Taking a step futher ,unless the large institutions bought at a much lower price I would say .54 cents would be the absolute mininum with a reasonable price of $75 to give management and the large holders incentive to sell. This is still a ridiculously low price given the NPV of $1.27 based on Proved reserves only
