I agree  that a deal won't take 6 months,but there is one issue I have with an outright buyout.Wolf and his boys are oilmen,so an outright buyout leaves them where?..They've nursed this company quite successfully through thick and thin despite what past posters have said.They're survivors plain and simple.Without the financial disastor regarding Poland,this company would be miles ahead of where it is today..but that's hindsight.Had Poland worked who knows how high we would be.
IMHO it would be a great entry point here, as one thing is certain...the upside outweighs the down.
