BHS is not "deciding" if the grind is right. For particular rock Mineral Solutions may try one grind and then another and see what recovery is achieved with each. At that point, for that sort of rock, there will be a correct grind. 

Silver going up would be great for BHS, and as silver increases in value, it is all the more important to get 95% recoveries rather than 80% recoveries.
