when passed will light the fuse for the biggest greenrush explosion that the world will see imo.  Smart US money is already investing in and building for legal rec use marijuana and they are doing it through pharma/medicinal growers and manufacturers which is legal in a lot of States with more getting on board everyday.  Those potpreneurs are doing everything with cbd that they will need to do with thc for rec use, so a switch up can happen very quickly.  The US didn't get to be the powerhouse that it is by letting others eat their lunch.  Even Canopy Growth was recognized by Constellation who backed them to the tune of $5 billion and guess where that money is going!  Canopy is going to be a world leader because they are strategically growing a International tail to snout marijuana company and they have inroads into the States, buying up CBD companies, in anticipation of the greenlight for rec use of marijuana by adults who will choose to buy legal, safe, inspected marijuana products over the black market product that is available.  Edibles and ingestables including beverages are going to excel as consumables for a lot of good reasons like the fact that they are healthier, less calories than alcohol beverages and a well known delivery system comparable to the social settings of drinking alcohol.
The US potpreneurs are already securing Canadian stock listings to raise funds for expanding their already legal pharma companies in the majority of States and it won't stop there.  A lot of big money is sitting on the fence until the SAFE banking is passed or the FEDS sync up the marijuana laws with the Pro-States.  The cracks are showing in US politics to allow the marijuana business to flourish and there are some good, motivated, smart potpreneurs building businesses with private funds and they are doing it now, in States where it is legal.  If the SAFE banking act gets passed then it is go-time as the FEDS will follow.  glta and dyodd
