Been holding this for three years now. Have made some money but certainly not what was expected. Especially considering the project in Surrey was supposed to have been at least a hole in the ground by now.

I do not want it to be a deep whole in my pocket so I sold half my position. 10K looking to sell the rest on strength but really hoping for news.

I envisioned an eventual reit type structure that I could see taking 10 yrs....But that was four years ago.....and have seen no progress to anything big.

This gets no love I think because earnings are somewhat convoluted. A large portion of revenue always looks like one time events, but we know that is the nature of the business.

The problem though is not what the company is doing ....but the lost opportunity not having it invested elsewhere.
