One question.
With Montalva being spun out on its own, what do you think will happen to the sp of GRB as its the anchor project? Or will it matter?
It will depend on how each of the ventures are doing at the time of the split.
If it were today I think the Energy Stock would trade at 2 or 3 times the value of the Real Estate / Real Block stock.
But lots can change between now and when the split occurs.

Yes the other deals all look like they have possibilities but will parsing the PR deal out drop its value or would it be able to hold its own? (ie. not drop to a dime)
PR is where the big potential value is right now.
It would only drop down to a dime if the PR deal collapses and I don't think that is going to happen.

I imagine it depends on what happens with RB, smart glass and the land deal in Cali.
Yes, how those ventures develop will ultimately determine how the stock prices set up.

Either way I think it will be great in the long run, with double the shares how can you loose.
You only lose if you sell now as you won't have the old shares and you certainly won't get the new split shares unless you buy them out of the market.
Sell now and you lose big time!


Still a gamble but the odds are looking better all the time
