RE:RE:Why no financial details on Houseplant deal?Aside from the reason that we don't always disclose, being that we're flat broke ;) - I think Bruce and co are not overly keen to disclose due to the fact that we like to play our cards close to our chest. We don't want to share anymore than necessary and tip our hand to our competitors re the cost of some smaller deals. We didn't disclose the Ts and Cs with Martha either, nor did we with the Hemp deal AgriNextUSA. You can trust that if these were 'material' in nature we would, as we're required to by law. Companies do have some level of discretion, and we don't mind exercising ours. We haven't even touched the STZ money yet, so just turn a deaf ear to the jokers out there. This isn't like the Martha deal given that we took a 25% stage in Houseplant, and with Martha we didn't purchase equity. That said there is probably some though given to disclosing details of deals that could arguably be used as a benchmark for future deals. Your negotiating stick gets smaller the more information is out there. I could easily negotiate my salary up if I knew it were make public what everyone of my peers were making. This is a good news, and we continue to pull in top-tier caliber partners. Chill out until late summer. We'll get there. GLTA
