dumb question?

I am in at .058 with 75,000 shares and no idea what to expect? I hear $2 on monday will be the consilidated price. 1) how do i figure out how many shares i will have and 2) where is this number coming from?

A buddy warned me about these guys and i didnt listen . He said they do not even have anything tangible just all marketing and bullshit news.
