Several weeks ago, RNX drops to .50, rebounds...to .60 Monday only to shed all those gains back down to .51 the next morning on the unwelcome news that the company will be diluted further. Despite that, some suggest they doubled their position this morning. All that I know and stemming from 20 years trading is that a stock that rebounds on upcoming news and then sheds the gains after the release of the news can possibly mean one thing. It will drop further. And what I know about those that share that they doubled their position during a comprosing moment is that they hope to entice others to do the same. I could be wrong, but I am on the sidelines and eager to see how this develops.
