It is not clear to me why anyone would want to talk down RCG ounces too much.

Yes. Upside would come more easily.

Yes. It would add a margin of safety. 

Might make sense if Dufferin is harder to mine than other regional plays.

But cheap ounces all things considered equal might have investors in ANX and other regional plays mentally repricing their shares downward with a ripple effect to warrants and access to fresh investments.


That said, RCG's $18.3M of liabilities are fair game.
