And I have driven through their facility and seen it first hand, they were still building and updating the facility after the license was granted.

MYM's Laval facility appears to be state of teh art, up to date, ready to start asap...

And FIRE is just one example. MYM is not an outlier. BadgerMe is a spin doctor.
