RE:Doomed

RE:DoomedYou don't know what you're talking about.  3/4 of stock is owned by insiders.  Why would they screw themselves?  The 97% occupancy rate from the latest financials is amazing.  Not many REITS can do that.  Your article suggests the opposite of what you are claiming, ex., "At the same time, the REIT underwent a reorganization of all divisions and corporate operations to reduce administrative and property costs, with estimated annual savings of about $800,000."  Is that feeding from the "trough" or preparing shareholders for major profits?  Ask yourself why 3/4 of shareholders (insiders) have not sold any stock this past year, but have been accumulating more stock?  If insiders own over 75% of the shares and aren't selling it, it should suggest to any rational person that the holders who sold stock to make these prices this low are either blind shorters or complete retards.  If you want to be successful in the stock market, always pay attention to the amount of insider ownership and whether insiders are buying or selling.  The selling of stock at $1.80 that will bring shareholders a return of $2.40+/share within a year is a crazy move--but also big opportunity for others who buy in at these bargain basement stock prices.
