RE:RE:DoomedThe financials in the first quarter of 2019 sure will look different considering they have only a handful of properties left. And now that all of the friends they had hired made their money and moved on once they almost bankrupted the REIT, it will be interesting to see who can retire after this ship sails. The payout to external management and leasing companies alone was in the millions. Their decision to internalize so soon after they externalized was a red flag for those paying attention. Whatever money is left won't help those who bought in at $7 + when management was still promising a long, healthy future. Unfortunately the value of the stock now reassures those who got out early that they were right in heeding the warning signs despite what was being said by management.
