"you think they are not going to extend this ?"

I never even implied that they would not...at least not the first time. What I think you are under-estimating is the significance of missing any deadline. Smartlynx did not just pull that date out of their buttocks because a date had to be filled in. If an extension is needed and given (Assuming on both fronts), then I think you will find that Jetlines will be on a much shorter leash. As it stands right now it is only a bridge loan and all bridges must have another side. Smartlynx did not loan them that money to live off of. They loaned them that money to buy them time to secure start-up financing...and the deadline for that event was set at May 31.

Why I mention this is because of their last press release. For some reason people got excited by them rehashing services and software that they had already purchased. Now what I found interesting in that press release was the words between those lines...and those words were 'no words'.

What I am getting at is, the only real news at this point in time is the start-up financing. Jetlines chose to put out a press release with 2 1/2 months left before their deadline and it was just a rehash of what we already knew. There was not even a whisper about any ongoing talks on the financial front. They felt the need to tell us once again about old mundane events, but totally 'forgot' to give even a superficial update on that which was mission critical. That I found to be very telling.

Now that I think about it I am probably wasting my time posting on this board as long as the general mindset is along the lines of "Partnering" with a toilet paper supplier for their lavatories (If they ever become an airline) is a milestone to becoming an airline. I will hold off commenting further until there is some form of news on the financial front or May 31 or someone wishes to discuss the nuts and bolts business end of running a business. (Which ever comes first)

Best wishes until then.
