Re: License or OilsNeither  a license or oils would cause the company to request a halt pending a news release.  Only something much bigger would be the cause.  Remember they own the patents for water soluble cannabis.  This could be a financing by someone big in the beverage business. At my last check the bid was for 186k shares at $0.76.
