NM Crossed the line...........

NM Crossed the line...........When he threw in the provision that SOLG shareholders finance the insiders purchase of Company Stock OPtions...........I read it in the last proxy.

In chosing between the lesser of two evils,   I think Very Very Good prospect that since
the top brass at BHP and Newcrest can't even get a compensation deal like that,  there would be a decent chance that one or both of them would be happy in their heart of hearts to throw NM and the BOD of SOLG under the bus if given the opportunity.

So,   IF I had to choose sides I say go for the PACMAN defense and THrow NM under the Bus when you win the merger battle................and...........as an aside.......the discount Purchase Price accrues to CGP shareholders instead of SOLG shareholders.
