Eunice perhaps you should go back to my post and read it again, because you are having a lot of trouble with this simple concept.  Removing him from the board doesnt' mean he is terminated as the CEO. Your statment below shows that you don't understand this concept. 

"The BOD has the ability to put RR back in as CEO if they deem he is indispensible and they would"


Now, Let's just test out how bad your knowledge is on the subject.  Where is the document where these policies are talked about?  Have you read the policy?  Where in the document does it say the BOD had the ability to put RR back if they deem he is indispensible?  The policy is extremely straght forward so Please cite a reference.
