Marijuana banking bill

Passes through. Silver State is baked into the price already as we've all known about it. May register 10% on news. Bank bill is far greater catalyst along with the debt facility c21 be seeking IMO. This run has lost its wind I think. Yes I hold C21 and seek to continually add over the next 2 years.
