RE:NM Crossed the line...........I see the SOLG Management Circular filed for the last annual meeting dated
November 15,  2018.

Does anyone see anything in there about a Company Funded Loan PLan for Employees
to purchase Stock under the Stock Options issued in 2016 that were exercised in last quarter of 2018?

Interest Free Loans to Purchase Stock?

I do see the last Q 2018 MD&A filed February 2019 where they make limited disclosure about 19M stock options exercised under the  "COMPANY FUNDED LOAN PLAN".
