Doug doesn't care for this now. Thr GTA and settling a score with Tory is more important. You are right . this will take years . That's why I've been saying to shut things down and stop burning cash. We are probably one more Trauche away to a major problem. Maybe a miracle will occur in the budget. $25 billion for GTA subways annouced...don't hold your breath.
